Privacy statement - Personal data


The Client is informed that personal data concerning it are processed. Such data include surname, first name, address, telephone number, and similar identification data.

They are strictly confidential and are processed for accounting purposes and for the proper management of the contract and the Client’s file in connection with the provision of the services referred to in the contract.

The Client is informed that if accurate data are not provided, this may in some cases hinder the proper execution of the contract. If the data have been provided incorrectly or inaccurately, no liability may arise on that basis.

The personal data communicated by the Client are managed by the data controller, whose identity is Caroline Smal.

These data shall be retained for the entire duration of the contract and for 5 years following the end of the contract. Once this period has expired, accounting and legal data shall be archived and the other data shall be deleted.

In accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and the Belgian Law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, the Client has rights regarding its data, including the right to information, access, copy, rectification, restriction, erasure in certain circumstances, objection where applicable, and data portability.

For any related questions, the Client may contact the data controller, who undertakes to implement all appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the Client’s data.
